Mergers & Acquisitions
In the acquisition research space, our customers are typically multinational transport and logistics companies who seek to grow their footprint, scale, or service-offer depth within the Australasian market.
In respect of our research services, Gilead is equally at home supporting larger acquisitions covering a full geography and capability; or in the alternate, a step-by-step local acquisition path starting with basic capabilities in key cities. We work hard reaching out to candidate principals in a market we have well mapped, taking direction & accepting research or analysis assignments from our principals throughout the engagement.
For business vendors, Gilead assists existing owners in Australia and NZ prepare & package their business for sale. We have been encouraged to enter this market space by well credentialed general business advisors who believe that our practical advice & depth of experience can assist vendors to reach their divestment goal, and maximise the sale value of their holdings.
For start-up operations, Gilead is experienced in facilitating the establishment of industry licences. We assist with the networking required for infrastructure development, transitions of legacy agency arrangements, and we confidentially review local organisational development proposals.
Gilead provides services under our client's direction that seek to add value within any chosen strategy. We employ our market knowledge, business acumen, and simple hard toil within each, or any, scenario.
Gilead is not a business broker. We do not solicit vendors unless under a specific assignment from a prospective purchaser, nor do we sell lists. We act confidentially and seek compensation only from the party for whom we are contracted. Gilead’s fee structure involves a smaller success fee than is typical in the broader industry space, and our accompanying fee-for-service terms are approved in advance by our customers.
